Chase Morgan

Chase is the Principal Broker for MBRE and has over 10 years in real estate. Prior to MBRE, he was a Senior Manager of Mergers, Acquisitions, Venture Investments, as well as a Senior Program manager for Global Real Estate at a Fortune 500 tech company. He left tech to join the family real estate and agriculture business, recently completing Broad Street Storage, a 850 unit, 5.7 acre storage facility in San Luis Obispo (broadststorage.com). Chase also volunteers his time and expertise to local organizations and charities. He enjoys spending time with his family, practicing combat sports, and competitive events.
Chase earned a Bachelors in Economics and Finance from Cal Poly, SLO and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Kelsey Biggs

Kelsey has more than 15 years experience in Operations Management. He comes to us with a B.A. in Business Information Systems.
Lance Morgan

Lance has over 8 years in real estate. Prior to MBRE, he was a Senior Program Manager, Data Sciences at Cisco. Like his brother, he quit tech to join the family real estate and agriculture business, focusing primarily on being the lead developer for Willow Springs, a brand new 165 home development and Woodranch, a 38 unit multi-family project.
Lance graduated from Cal Poly, SLO with a Bachelors in Economics and Information Systems.
Ryan Grossman

I grew up on the Central Coast in Orcutt, California. I studied at Arizona State University and earned my B.S. in Statistics. I have 6 years experience in Risk Management working for a major credit card company (American Express).
Jenny Gonsalas
